Figured out that the problem with Nike+ sensor may just be that the battery is dead and needs replacing. They aren’t designed to have a replaceable battery, though. Predictably, though, plenty of people have not only figured out that they probably can replace the battery, they’ve done it and documented it on the interwebs.
